Using Ancient and Modern Rhetoric about ‘Craft’ to think more deeply about the Craft of Theological Writing.

Professor Morwenna Ludlow lectures in Theology and Religion at the University of Exeter.  She has published widely on Gregory of Nyssa, Augustine of Hippo and other Church Fathers, as well as ideas on universal salvation throughout the history of Christian theology through to the present day.  Her reflections on Hell and its history as a Christian idea were featured on Radio 4′s ‘Beyond Belief.’  Her current project, Art, Craft and Rhetoric, looks at theological writing as an act of making.
