At 7pm on Saturday 27th January at the Royal Academy of Music, Marylebone Road, London, there is a Holocaust Memorial Day Concert with music written by composers lost in the Holocaust.
Entitled “Lost Voices of the Holocaust”, the Concert in the Duke’s Hall is being organised by Estella Browne and a friend (students at RAM), following a visit to Auschwitz a while ago; Estella is Nigel and Lucy Browne’s daughter.
They have secured funding from the Royal Academy, the Purcell School, and other charities, so the proceeds will go to a Refugee charity.
If you are in or going to London then, please see the poster linked below for more details. Tickets £7.50/£5.50.
