On Tuesday 16th January 2018 at 7.30pm at St David’s Church, Prebendary Nigel Guthrie will become the new Vicar of our Parish of St David’s with St Michael & All Angels. We encourage you to be in place in St David’s Church by 7.15pm as the Service traditionally starts with knocking on locked doors.

Please note that there is very little parking at or near the church, so please adjust your travel arrangements accordingly. We understand the “Total Car Park” towards the Clock Tower end of Queen Street is open until 10pm and reasonably priced. See the ‘Car Park Entrance’ image link below.

The Service of Induction & Installation of Preb Nigel Guthrie will be led by Bishop Sarah Mullally and involve various formal ceremonies, oaths & documents, with much prayer and fine music, and hopefully good fellowship & refreshments afterwards. This is a non-Eucharistic service.

Please make every effort to come to our sister church up St David’s Hill and welcome Fr Nigel as our new Parish Priest.
